Project involved all labor and supervision, materials, accessories, equipment, and tools necessary to furnish, install, and test pipe lining (which includes all necessary fittings and special pieces) for the rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewers. Accept cleaning operations by reviewing CCTV; Confirm protruding service taps are properly trimmed; Confirm cleaned pipe is not PVC pipe and that it has not previously been lined; Observe and accept wastewater flow control, including standby pumps and chemical grout sealing, to allow CCTV, liner installation and testing/sealing operations to proceed; Observe post liner installation, including lateral seals and sectional liners, CCTV inspection and accept liner installation; For CIPP and fold and form lining, verify monitoring equipment is functioning properly, monitor curing duration, temperature range and pressure. Note deviations from recommended ranges. Acceptance inspection should look for continuity, visual defects, pinholes, dry spots, delamination and lifts.
