Resident project representative oversaw the upgrades for three new secondary clarifier suction pipe mechanisms with fabricated steel drives, using existing RAS and influent piping at bottom of the tank. As well as a new single span ½ bridge walkway for clarifier, New custom tall effluent FRP V-notch weirs and scum baffles bolted to modified tank wall with sloped grout on weir wall/tank top wall, replacing existing scum trough with new 6-foot scum trough for each clarifier and connect to existing scum piping at wall penetration. RPR also over saw the installation of new FRP perimeter density current prevention baffles on tank walls, installation of new FRP effluent covers for each clarifier, new surface mounted aluminum scum hatches, replacement of clarifier drive power and control, center platform light wiring and conduit from secondary pump station electric room to each of the three clarifiers, new sludge blanket monitoring for each clarifier, replace existing RAS flow meters and valves, piping, site work, equipment systems, structures, instrumentation, control and electrical systems.
