Upgrade included complete electrical upgrade from electrical service to switch gears, Main MCCs, ATS, numerous new control panels, house service panels, conduit and wire to all equipment Also include was new generator 1000 KVA Cummins generator, new influent pumps, primary sludge pumps, Plant water pumps, Process water pumps , new Centrifuges new Bar Screen new Gravity Belt Thickener etc., Project also contain a new dewatering building to house equipment, 100,000 sf of various tank concrete coating systems , aeration tank upgrades as well as significant instrumentation upgrades with associated SCADA medication. Managed the methodical start up and testing of all new equipment/instrumentation in accordance with the specifications.
