Second Resident Project Representative responsible for the construction of sewer force main upgrade with HDPE pipe. Project involved slip lining/installation and butt fusion welding 7400 lf of 18” HDPE (D17). Once bypass was completed, the slip lining was able to commence for 7600 lf. In addition, we installed two new sewer manholes (1 air release vault and 1 bypass vault) along with 800lf of 36” RCP with numerous cross connections and catch basins. This work was in a high traffic commercial area (Lynnway Hwy., Rte. 1) outside of Boston, MA. All piping was pressure tested and met plans and specifications as well as town standards.
