The work to be performed under this contract includes excavation and material handling, transportation, and disposal of polluted soil, demolition and replacement of existing pavement and curbs, removal of trees, brushes, and shrubs, cutting and relocation of existing utilities; demolition and removal of existing utilities, furnishing new utilities underground duct banks, conduits, terminations, and splices, and material-handling, transportation, and disposal. The contract also includes:
• Demolition of existing equipment and structures at the Headworks Facility
• Construction of new reinforced concrete wall at new multi-rake screens chambers, and concrete repairs to the multi-rake screens chambers, bypass channel, and grit removal chambers.
• Construction, testing and placing of bar screens and screenings handling equipment into service,
• Demolition, construction, testing, start-up, and placing upgrades to the plant’s SCADA system into service.• Construction of new Prefabricated electrical building, New Sludge Transfer Pump VFDs
