Resident project representative oversaw the renovation to an existing pump station to include a bypass pump under a major highway. Once the bypass system was tested and operational, the renovation could begin. This included all new electrical room MCC’s, VFD’s, transfer switch, new generator, architectural enhancements, all new mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, drainage and three new influent 100hp pumps. The RPR coordinated and oversaw all testing of piping systems and equipment. Project also included a new Cummins generator which was tested and had a successful start-up. RPR recorded all personnel and equipment in daily field reports and used submittal exchange to track products being used.
