ECI provided oversight for two new PFAS WTF in Devens MA. The major proposed work under this contract includes Civil site work including land clearing, erosion control, earthwork, drainage, grading, site process piping, site utilities, site lighting, pavement, gravel drives, hot mix asphalt pavement, chain-link fence and gates, and utility structures; Site demolition including pavement, piping, repair shop, ferric chemical storage, underground structures and utilities, and concrete pads, concrete foundation, masonry building with wood truss roof systems. We also installed four new PFAS tanks over top of clear wells and pump rooms for new water treatment equipment. Project also included removal and disposal of fuel oil underground storage tanks (USTs). Rehabilitation of existing site including pavement, grading and drainage improvements, site piping and utilities. Natural gas main from Patton road/Shabokin to the WTP site with appurtenances. Provided gas connections to the Headworks, Dewatering, Administration Buildings for building heat and connection to the new generator as indicated on the drawings.
