The project includes construction of a new masonry building addition, two bituminous concrete pedestrian walkways which will connect the exterior doorways of the addition to the existing site layout. It also includes a new security gate system and a dry well to mitigate run-off from the proposed addition. Ancillary work associated with this project will include relocation of existing site features and utility lines, installation of new ornamental fencing, and vegetated screening. Work relating to the existing building comprises of the following: process tanks and piping replaced with modern piping, valves, and SCADA. Theexisting roof will be replaced with a membrane roof on a portion of existing building as indicated on the architectural drawings.
