Resident project representative oversaw the construction of 2 bioreactors, 2 equalization tanks, 1 influent pump station, 2 influent bar screens/wash presses, 3 new sludge storage tanks, and 1 process building. Resident project representative also oversaw the sitework, concrete and rebar installation, as well as all leak testing for tanks. Project included installation of mechanical equipment such as 5 blowers, 3 reactivated sludge pumps, and 4 recycled pumps and 6 mixers, 3 permeate pumps, and sodium hypochlorite feed pumps, 2 citric acid pumps, 2 potassium hydroxide pumps. Also included was the installation of all instrumentation and electrical equipment for control of all equipment to meet the process design. Project included oversight of all major process building construction including CMU roofing, windows, doors, flooring, painting HVAC and electrical.
